Mayor Mike Spano, the Yonkers Chamber of Commerce and other officials recently joined in celebrating the opening of two new businesses in Yonkers.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held for Heavenly Face and Body last week. The beauty salon, located at 644 Yonkers Ave., is owned and operated by Jasmine Rosado, who started the business in her home and now has her own storefront where more than 30 services are offered.
