Operation Prom National Network Launches Prominent Pathways Following Successful Two-Year Pilot Program
Operation Prom National Network, Inc. is proud to announce the official launch of Prominent Pathways, an innovative career readiness initiative designed to equip young adults with the skills, confidence, and professional attire needed to successfully transition
into college, the workforce, and beyond.
Following a highly successful two-year pilot program, Prominent Pathways will now operate year-round from the organization’s new Learning Center at 55 Church Street in White Plains, providing a dedicated space where students can develop both personally and professionally.
Designed for students and recent graduates ages 16-22, the free program offers after-school and weekend workshops covering essential career development topics, including:
● Career Readiness
● Resume Writing
● Interview Preparation
● Financial Literacy
● Professional Image
As part of Operation Prom National Network’s commitment to removing barriers to opportunity, every participant who successfully completes a workshop will be eligible to receive free professional career clothing, ensuring they not only gain valuable skills but also have the confidence and attire needed for interviews, internships, and career opportunities.
“Operation Prom has spent more than two decades helping students feel confident for one of life’s biggest milestones—prom,” said Noel D’Allacco, Founder and President of Operation Prom National Network, Inc. “Prominent Pathways extends that mission by helping young
people prepare for what comes next. Whether they’re interviewing for their first job, entering college, or beginning a career, we want every participant to have the skills, confidence, and professional appearance needed to succeed.”
The program represents a natural evolution of Operation Prom National Network’s mission of empowering young people by addressing both immediate needs and long-term success.
Through a partnership with the College of Westchester, select in-person workshops will offer participants the opportunity to earn digital badges recognizing career-ready competencies, with select courses also providing the opportunity to earn college credit. This unique collaboration creates meaningful pathways while helping students build valuable credientials.
