Yonkers Pride in partnership with the Yonkers Downtown Waterfront BID, proudly presents the 2025 Yonkers Pride Festival, set for Saturday, June 14 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM in Downtown Yonkers. Now in its 8th year, the annual celebration continues to uplift and unite the LGBTQ+ community and allies with this year’s powerful theme: “Unapologetically Us: Love Unstoppable.”
“This year’s theme is about standing in our truth, celebrating who we are without compromise, and showing that love—especially queer love—is a force that can’t be silenced,” said Rachel Deliz, Festival Chair of Yonkers Pride. “We’re excited to bring the community back together for a powerful, joyful, and affirming weekend in the heart of Yonkers.”
The weekend of pride and visibility will kick off with a Flag Raising Ceremony at The Unity Fountain at City Hall, 40 S Broadway on Friday, June 13 at 4:30-5:00pm, hosted in partnership with the City of Yonkers and the Mayor’s LGBTQ+ Advisory Board.
“The Yonkers Pride Festival is a day to celebrate love and the individuality of who we are,” said Mayor Spano. “Yonkers’ greatest strength continues to be our diversity, and what better way to demonstrate that than by our LGBTQIA+ neighbors, friends, and allies coming together for this festive event.
