  • Apprehension: On January 22, 2026, Detectives apprehended Mr. Daramy in Staten Island, New York, without incident.
  • Charges: He was charged with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the First Degree (a class C Felony) and Petit Larceny (a class A Misdemeanor).
  • Other Jurisdictions: Further investigation linked Mr. Daramy to similar crimes in Harrison, NY. The Harrison Police Department collaborated on the case and filed additional criminal charges.
  • Status: Mr. Daramy was arraigned in Village Court and remanded to Westchester County Jail. His next court appearance is scheduled for January 29, 2026.
