I am writing about the major work taking place at the Hillview Reservoir.
This site was previously an amenity area for local people to walk around or bicycle in a safe setting. Now there is no access to the public and major construction is underway.
Is this part of the upcoming major development by MGM of the Empire City Casino complex?
The Hyatt Association, the Woodlawn Taxpayers Association and the Wakefield Taxpayers Assoc. would like to know what’s going on and when it will end and when the public will have access again.
