This year, 15 outstanding nurses will be honored for their dedication, compassion, and tireless service to the Yonkers community. The evening pays tribute to “The Power of Nurses” and the extraordinary individuals who go above and beyond in caring for patients and strengthening our healthcare system.

  • Senator Shelley Mayer, New York State Senate
  • Assemblyman Nader Sayegh, New York State Assembly

“Our nurses are the heart of healthcare, and Nurses Week gives us a meaningful opportunity to say thank you,” said organizers from the East Yonkers Kiwanis Club. “For 14 years, we have gathered to recognize the extraordinary individuals who dedicate their lives to caring for others.
