Dr. DaMia Harris-Madden, Commissioner of the New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS), will deliver the keynote address. The event will bring together advocates, policymakers, community leaders and child-serving professionals to discuss ways to strengthen the systems serving Westchester’s children.
