
Danté Hudson
United Way of Westchester and Putnam (United Way) has announced the hiring of Danté Hudson as Chief Operating Officer, effective July 1, 2026.
Hudson previously served as Executive Director of The LOFT LGBTQ+ Community Center, and as Chief Operating Officer at both The LOFT and the YWCA of White Plains and Central Westchester, where he oversaw a number of initiatives. He has also served as Regional Director of Membership Sales & Engagement at the YMCA of Greater New York. He has more than 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector and has received numerous awards and recognitions for his impact in the community, including a “City & State Westchester Power 100” Award, a “914Inc Wunderkind” Award, a “Black Nonprofit Leaders: 2026 Impact Icons” recognition from Parkes Philanthropy, and a “Rock Star” Award from United Way’s Emerging Leaders Program.
As a member of United Way’s Leadership Team, Hudson will oversee People & Organizational Culture, Marketing & Strategic Creative Communications, and Board Relations. He will also support the organization’s Grant Compliance efforts and other special projects as needed.
