Former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani released a powerful video endorsement of NY-3 America-First Republican congressional candidate Greg Hach who is running in the Republican Primary in the Queens and Long Island district.
Mr. Hach is in a neck-and-neck primary battle with former Assemblyman Michael LiPetri who ran unsuccessfully for the seat in 2024 (and unsuccessfully for the CD4 seat in 2020.)
Mr. Hach is a Long Island attorney, Air Force veteran, and America First Republican.
He co-founded Hach & Rose, LLP, one of New York’s premier plaintiff firms, which has recovered more than $1 billion for injured New Yorkers. He has been designated a New York ‘Super Lawyer’ and is admitted to practice in New York, Washington, D.C., and the federal courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
Mr. Hach began his legal career representing building trade union tradesmen suffering from asbestos-related diseases — including his own father — and co-founded the firm to represent union members injured or killed on the job.
Mr. Hach’s path to the law ran through military service. He enlisted and served in the United States Air Force during the closing years of the Cold War, was assigned to the 7276th Security Police Squadron at Iraklion Air Station in Crete with the 16th Air Force, and witnessed firsthand the fall of the Berlin Wall and the Soviet collapse. After an honorable discharge, he remained in Europe, built a business, and became fluent in German.
Mr.Hach earned his law degree on scholarship at Ohio Northern University after completing his undergraduate degree in government at John Jay College of Criminal Justice — while working full-time at the CBS Broadcast Center in Manhattan.
Mr. Hach’s roots in the district run deep. Raised in Hicksville in a union household, he was washing dishes at age 13 (Alfredo’s Swiss Chalet), joined the Civil Air Patrol in junior high school, and attended Hicksville public schools. Greg, a pilot, and his wife Theresa are raising three children on Long Island. His son is serving as an operating engineer, his eldest daughter is training as a pilot, and his youngest is committed to working with children.
