Yonkers Police Department Holds Ceremony Recognizing Promotions and New Hires

On July 2, the Yonkers Police Department recognized 15 members on their promotions and appointments as they begin new chapters in their careers, while also formally welcoming 12 new officers to the Department. Mayor Mike Spano and Police Commissioner Christopher Sapienza hosted the ceremony, which took place at the Riverfront Library in Downtown Yonkers, in the presence of many dignitaries, family, and friends.
