Last Friday night the Yonkers Force lost their first game to perhaps the best high school team in New York. State, New Rochelle HS. The final score was 44-7. Scoring the Force’s lone touchdown was Elijah Cordero on a 5 yard run. After the game Force Coach Dan DeMatteo said “New Rochelle was a very tough athletic team….It also tough playing a game after a 500 day layoff!’ On April 1, the Force visit North Rockland HS. Kickoff is 6:30 PM.
