YOHO Open Studios Returns May 20-21, as Part of Yonkers Arts Weekend

YOHO Artists

For the past three-years, due to the covid, the artists of YoHo Studios in Yonkers, N.Y., have not been able to celebrate their annual YOHO Artists Open Studio, which coincides with Yonkers Arts Weekend, May 20.

The annual event includes participation of the Hudson River Museum, Untermyer Gardens and several well established galleries in Yonkers.

Adam Schultz

This year, sixty-plus artists will be opening their studio to the public for two-days, Saturday and Sunday, May 20 – 21, from  11am- 5pm at 540-578 Nepperhan Avenue.  This free event is a unique opportunity to tour the YOHO Artists Studios and see firsthand where and how their artwork is created at the historic Alexander Smith Carpet Mills factory building.  Visitors will be able to enjoy live music, performances and refreshments in a family-friendly environment.
