Democrats are so desperate to beat me that they can’t win on the issues, so they’re resorting to illegal tactics to suppress the vote and keep you home on Election Day.
If you got a mailer or a text saying I support “amnesty for 13 million illegal immigrants,” it’s a lie. I’ve backed ICE and fought New York’s sanctuary policies my entire time in Congress. The New York Post called the mailers “phony.”
The anonymous group behind them, “American Forge Coalition,” has no address, a fake website, and nothing filed with the FEC. The Justice Department has confirmed to my campaign that it referred the group to the FBI, and the Post reports the feds are investigating it as a voter suppression effort.
This is a national operation. The same group is hitting Republicans in Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. We’ve seen it before: in 2024, a pop-up super PAC attacked me with the exact same photo, funded by $1.6 million from a nonprofit that was two weeks old. A former FEC chairman called it “red flags justifying further investigation.”

Then go vote if you haven’t already. Early voting runs through Sunday, Nov. 1. Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 3. Polls are open 6 AM to 9 PM.
