On Sunday, June 8, 2025, at approximately 12:00 AM, New Rochelle Police officers responded to a report of a large dispute at 45/47 Charles Street involving a parking spot that escalated into a violent altercation.

Upon arrival, officers determined that a confrontation between two families residing at the address had turned physical. Brothers Shachari Brembridge and Shaan Morales allegedly assaulted their neighbors, a father, mother, and daughter. The mother contacted her son, Thamus Frazier, to inform him of the incident. All three individuals were arrested and are being held pending arraignment. Orders of Protection have been issued for the involved parties.

The two officers who were assaulted received treatment at a local hospital for minor injuries and have since been released. Both officers have returned to duty.
