Troop K welcomes Major Brian T. Ferrone as Troop K Commander

Major Brian T. Ferrone, above, has assumed command of Troop K of the New York State Police.

A Troop K veteran, Major Ferrone began his State Police career in Wappinger in 2005. Most recently, he served as Troop Commander of Troop T before returning to Troop K. 

Major Ferrone will oversee State Police operations throughout Columbia, Dutchess, Putnam, and Westchester counties and lead the members assigned to Troop K.

Throughout his career, Major Ferrone has held a variety of operational and leadership assignments within the New York State Police. 

The New York State Police welcomes Major Ferrone back to Troop K and looks forward to his continued service to the communities of the Hudson Valley.
