Donated to City Hall several years ago by the Rose Family. She sits on the edge of the Unity Plaza. No matter the event taking place, children and adults alike are drawn to her to take photos. The Rose Family has been creating works of art for public display for some 50 years. Their workshop and office is at 500 Nepperhan Ave.-photo by Donna Davis
