New York State Senator Shelley B. Mayer is pleased to share that she is collecting responses for her 2026 Constituent Opinion and Concern Survey. This survey will help guide Senator Mayer as she returns to Albany this week for the 2026 Legislative Session. The deadline to complete this survey is January 15.
In order to maintain accuracy, please: only answer if you are a constituent (click here if you are unsure); answer each question with the choices provided; do not choose more than one answer when only one answer is requested; and only complete the survey once (whether you complete it digitally or through the mailed copy). There will be a section at the bottom of the survey for you to provide additional comments.

State Senator Shelley B. Mayer said, “As I prepare to return to Albany this year, I want to hear directly from you about what matters – your priorities, concerns, and ideas. I am fortunate to represent a community that is deeply engaged and to hear regularly from my constituents through email, phone calls, meetings and social media. I value your input and feedback – whether we agree or disagree – because it helps inform my work on your behalf. I encourage everyone to take a few moments to complete the survey to share your perspective.”
