#TeamShopRite of Greenway Plaza was thrilled to host an inspiring #HelpBagHungerDay event in support of our annual ShopRite Partners In Caring campaign!
We were deeply honored to welcome incredible community leaders and dedicated volunteers who stepped behind the registers to help pack groceries, connect with our shoppers, and shine a bright light on hunger relief in our area.
Our store family extends sincere appreciation to State Senator Andrea Stewart-Cousins, Yonkers City Council President Lakisha Collins-Bellamy, and City Council Member Tasha Diaz for lending their leadership and presence to this vital cause. We also want to give a special shoutout to Debbie Cunningham, Gloria Hamilton-Hill, June Moore, and Betty Whitehead from Messiah Baptist Church for rolling up their sleeves and bagging with so much heart and energy.
