Philipse Manor Hall Hosts Storyteller Jonathan Kruk for Tales of Dutch Yonkers

Philipse Manor Hall State Historic Site and the Friends of Philipse Manor Hall are pleased to present “What’s A Yonker? Tales of Van Der Donck and the Olde Dutch” with Master Storyteller Jonathan Kruk on Saturday, April 21, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Philipse Manor Hall State Historic Site, 29 Warburton Ave., Yonkers, NY.

Audiences of all ages will enjoy Kruk’s rollicking blend of local history and lore.

Jonathan Kruk is a master storyteller renowned for his dramatic solo shows of “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow” and “A Christmas Carol.” Jonathan has been featured on CBS Sunday Morning, The Today Show, and the Travel Channel. He’s written two books on Hudson Valley lore, has made several award-winning recordings, and is a perennial favorite at schools, libraries, festivals, and historic sites. He is delighted to return in period costume to majestic Philipse Manor Hall.
