New Logical Sports Welcomes Dan Karosen as Managing Partner

New Logical Sports is excited to announce that Dan Karosen has joined the company as a Managing Partner, playing a key role in the organization’s continued expansion into future strategic markets across the United States.

Karosen is a New Jersey–based entrepreneur and soccer executive, best known as a co-founder of FC Motown, a highly successful semi-professional soccer club competing in the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) and USL League Two. Under his leadership, FC Motown has grown into one of the most prominent amateur and semi-pro clubs in the country, capturing the 2022 NPSL National Championship and the 2025 USL League Two Metropolitan Division Championship, while building strong ties to local communities, youth programs, and supporters.

At FC Motown, Karosen has led strategic planning, player recruitment, marketing, and club operations, and was also a player during the club’s early years. Beyond soccer, he is an accomplished business professional and Certified Public Accountant (CPA), having served in senior financial leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer positions with New Jersey–based organizations such as Fields Development Group and Mandel Fekete and Bloom.

“Dan first expressed interest in getting involved nearly two years ago, and that conversation pushed me to prepare New Logical Sports for its next stage of growth,” said New Logical Sports President Pat Murphy. “We share a strong vision for the future and are excited to move forward together.”

With Karosen’s involvement, New Logical Sports will invest in expanded equipment, infrastructure, and operational improvements, along with new programs and services to be announced in the near future.
