Requirements & Key Skills:
- Must have strong accounting / bookkeeping skills
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft, Excel, QuickBooks)
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Detail-oriented & VERY reliable
Job Responsibilities:
- Construction related paperwork
- Contracts, record keeping, typing
- Filing, correspondence, customer inquiries, etc.
Schedule & Location:
- Full time position: Mon – Fri, 8am to 4pm OR 7am to 3pm
- Location: Belmont / Bronx, NY
