New mom Zenaida Pacheco Villeda of Armonk, NY poses with her new baby girl, Shela Yohana, the first baby to be delivered in Westchester County in 2025.
Shela, who weighed in at 7 pounds, 13 ounces, was delivered by an Open Door Family Medical Center midwife at 12:17 am on January 1st at Phelps Hospital.
