Controller Indicted for Stealing $340,000 from Westchester Paint Supply Company

On June 29, Westchester County District Attorney Miriam E. Rocah announced that
ToniAnn Rosado, the former Controller of CR Wallauer & Company in North Castle, was
indicted for stealing more than $340,000 from the paint supply company between 2017 and
2019.

Rosado, 51, of Orlando, Florida, was indicted by a Westchester County Grand Jury for Grand
Larceny in the Second Degree and Falsifying Business Records in the First Degree, both
felonies. The defendant was arraigned before Judge Robert Prisco in Westchester County Court
on June 23, 2022.

The U.S. Marshals arrested Rosado on June 6, 2022, in Orlando, with assistance from the
Fugitive Unit of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office and the Westchester County Department of
Public Safety’s Warrant Fugitive Unit. The investigation was conducted by the Economic
Crimes Bureau of the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office.

The case is before Judge Robert Neary in Westchester County Court, and is being prosecuted by
Senior Assistant District Attorney Nicole Gamble of the Trials and Investigations Division. Rosado is scheduled to appear again in court on July 8, 2022.

The charges against the defendant are merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed
innocent unless and until proven guilty
