Chuck E Cheese, “Where a Kid Can be A Kid” Opens in Yonkers

Chuck E. Cheese welcomes Mayor Mike Spano to new Yonkers location

Chuck E. Cheese, the nation’s No. 1 family entertainment Fun Center, opened its new Yonkers location on Sept. 15, at 1703-A Central Park Ave. Coming to Westchester County for the first time, children and families will get to experience a brand-new Chuck E. Cheese that offers the latest technology including new games with varying skill levels for players of all ages, an interactive dance floor and a 200-inch LED video wall.

The location also features updated seating to accommodate larger groups, complete with charging stations for guest devices, to make it even more comfortable for families to enjoy their favorite menu items – fresh baked pizza, wings, salad bar and desserts.

As a brand committed to giving back to the communities it serves, Chuck E. Cheese donates over 1.5 million dollars each year to local schools and non-profits across the U.S. and Canada and is excited to bring the same support to the Yonkers community.

“We’re so excited to welcome  a new fun center for families to make lifetime memories in the heart of Yonkers,” said Mayor Mike Spano. “Chuck E. Cheese  represents the ultimate place Where A Kid Can Be A Kid® and to be able to spur economic development by bringing over 50 new jobs to the community is so impactful.”

The Yonkers location will create 55 new job opportunities to the area, including manager, cast member, kitchen and party host positions.
