NYS Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins joins representatives from ArtsWestchester and Cross County Center at the unveiling of a new mural celebrating Cross County Center’s 70-year history as a shopping and community destination in Yonkers.
Created by acclaimed artist Andrey Kravtsov, also known as Key Detail, the mural features colorful, 1950s-inspired imagery highlighting the generations of memories and connections made at the center.
The mural is part of CHARM (Cultivating Havens for the Arts through Regional Murals), a statewide initiative launched by Governor Kathy Hochul and administered by the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA).
The mural is located in the North Lot between Zara and Shake Shack.
