American Irish Association of Westchester Announces 2026 Slate of Officers & Directors

The American Irish Association of Westchester (AIAW) proudly announces the appointment of its 2026 Officers and Directors.

We are pleased to have Maeve Scott, Cathy Marshall, Ron Matten, Eileen Carey, Cathy Hogan, Mary Smith and Mary Hoar continue as officers and are grateful for their many years of service. We are thrilled to welcome Patrick Murphy and Eileen O’Shea to their new roles and thank Mary Keehan for her many years of dedicated service as Financial Secretary. We believe the diverse experience of our officers in business, management, operations, marketing, finance, technology and community service will be invaluable to the continued success of our organization.

We greatly appreciate the continued service of Seamus Galvin, Keith Murphy, David Scott and Joseph Smith as dedicated directors and welcome Mary Keehan, Courtney Lavin, Ann McCarthy, Brian Costello O’Reilly, Aishling Quinn and Christopher Smith as newly appointed directors. We thank Kathleen Casey, Betty Foster, Soraya Hanzus, Bill Lewis and Christine McCarvill for their past devotion and contributions and are very grateful for their continued membership, stewardship and guidance. The composition of our Board of Directors represents a broad array of experience and we believe their collective contributions will be immensely beneficial to the ongoing success of the AIAW.

For over 50 years, the AIAW, has committed to promoting Irish culture, heritage and community for its membership. The AIAW supports many Irish organizations and contribute to charitable organizations in the greater Westchester/NY area that promote Irish traditions, fellowship, athletics, scholarship and education.
