Westchester’s largest one-day festival returns with free live entertainment, food, arts and crafts, family activities and more along the Hudson River
Get ready for one of Westchester’s biggest celebrations of the year! The Yonkers Downtown/Waterfront BID and the City of Yonkers, Mayor Mike Spano will host the annual Yonkers Riverfest on Saturday, September 19, from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A longtime community tradition, Riverfest brings residents and visitors together each year to celebrate music, culture, and community along the Hudson River waterfront. Thousands of attendees are expected to enjoy a free day of live music, delicious food, local vendors, arts and crafts, family-friendly activities, and more.
Thanks to the support of the City of Yonkers, this year’s festival will feature a dynamic lineup of live entertainment, including Lisa Lisa, DJ Frankie Cutlass and The Lady Gaga Experience featuring Haus of Monsters. Throughout the day, multiple stages across downtown Yonkers will showcase a diverse mix of musical genres, featuring talented performers who will keep the waterfront celebration going from afternoon through evening.
Lisa Lisa, the legendary New York-born singer whose chart-topping hits helped define the freestyle and pop music movement of the 1980s. Best known for classics including Head to Toe, Lost in Emotion and Can You Feel the Beat, Lisa Lisa has built a career spanning four decades and continues to captivate audiences across generations. Heating up the crowd just before Lisa Lisa takes the stage is Bronx-born DJ, producer and hip-hop pioneer Frankie Cutlass, whose influential music and collaborations helped shape New York’s hip-hop scene. Together, the two New York icons will bring a high-energy hometown performance celebrating the city’s rich musical legacy.
The Lady Gaga Experience featuring Haus of Monsters, America’s premier Lady Gaga tribute experience. Born in New York City and powered by some of the city’s top session musicians, the production delivers the full Gaga experience: a powerhouse live band, dazzling backup dancers, stunning costumes, and all the theatrical flair fans expect. Every performance is a journey through Gaga’s greatest hits, from dance-floor anthems to show-stopping ballads, honoring her artistry, creativity, and fearless spirit.

Beyond the music, Riverfest will feature dozens of food trucks and culinary vendors, local artisans, interactive exhibits, a Kids Zone with family activities, and much more.
Riverfest is free and open to the public, with convenient access via Metro-North, Bee-Line buses, and nearby parking options for those arriving by car.
