FEC Filings “Confirm GOP Meddling” In Failed Effort to Stop Army Combat Vet Cait Conley

It’s a direct admission that national Republicans fear Cait
Filings submitted to the Federal Election Commission (FEC) confirm what we already knew: Republicans are terrified of facing Army Combat Vet Cait Conley because they know she will flip New York’s 17th District.

The reports confirm that Republicans spent $1.5 million to meddle against Cait during the primary. Their money went up in smoke.

According to POLITICO, Progressive Champions PAC “disclosed on Monday that it was exclusively funded by a Republican-linked group.”

It’s worth asking Mike Lawler and his campaign: Did he ask his party bosses to spend against Cait because he knows he will lose to her in November?

DCCC Spokesperson Riya Vashi:
“DC Republicans lit $1.5 million on fire to try and stop Army combat veteran Cait Conley because even they know she will win in November.”
