The Matthew Wallace Foundation’s 12th Annual Memorial Softball Tournament-August 8

The Matthew Wallace Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) philanthropic organization founded in 2014 as a living memorial to perpetuate the memory and philosophy of Matthew through community programs and educational scholarships which impact children and women in need.

The mission of the Matthew Wallace Foundation (the “Foundation”) is to engage and inspire community leaders (particularly students and young adults) by promoting humanitarian values and offering goods and services in communities with under-served populations. To fulfill this mission the activities of the Foundation will include, but are not limited to,: (a) providing tools to assist those in need to better understand and stabilize their current financial condition and provide tools to enhance their economic well-being in the future; (b) providing humanitarian and recreational goods to those who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, in shelters or who face potential shelter-insecurity; (c) providing scholarships to students in grades four through eleven in recognition of their community service and/or civic-mindedness.
