From the Port Chester Police Department
Port Chester man guilty of repeatedly sexually abusing a 12 year old child.
56 year old Segundo Pucha-Carchi was found guilty of Course of Sexual Conduct against a child first degree,a class B violent felony,bribing a witness a class D felony, 2 counts of Tampering with a witness in the 4th degree and six counts of Criminal Contempt.
He faces up to 32 years in state prison when sentenced on Aug 11,he is currently remanded to Westchester County Jail.
