New Rochelle Police Arrest Local Business Owner in Drug and Weapons Investigation

Detectives from the New Rochelle Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division have arrested 28-year-old Amir Babiker, a resident of New Rochelle, following a months-long investigation into illegal drug sales and weapons possession at his business establishment.
