The New York Assembly released their report on former Governor Andrew Cuomo, which included investigations finding “overwhelming evidence” that Gov. Cuomo engaged in sexual harassment, that his office “substantially revised” the reporting of nursing home deaths, and that he improperly used NY State resources to complete his book, American Crisis, Leadership Lessons from the COVID-19 Pandemic, for which he was paid a $5.2 Million advance.
And, if anyone needed another accuser to come forward and claim sexual harassment, we have a 12th credible accuser who said that she was touched and kissed by Cuomo when he was touring her flooded home upstate in 2017.
The report was complied by the prominent law firm of Davis, Polk & Wardwell, who concluded “that there is overwhelming evidence that the former Governor engaged in sexual harassment,”
The report is now available to the public for their review at this link,

Now that the report has been made public, and another accuser has come forward, it is time for everyone involved in New York politics to realize and understand that Andrew Cuomo’s political career is officially over. He will never be elected to any office ever again.
For news organizations to include Cuomo’s name in a recent poll for governor is RIDICULOUS! He will never be able to compete in a democratic primary for Governor or for his old post as Attorney General because there is no support for his return.
Our newspapers, and website, believe all of the accusers, and so did the investigators, and more important, so do the current leaders of the New York State Democratic party.
When State Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins called on Gov. Cuomo to resign, it meant that Cuomo had lost the support of the majority of democrats in the State Senate and the Assembly, and that support would never return. Who in their right mind thinks that Leader Stewart-Cousins would allow Cuomo to appear on the ballot in a democratic primary for Governor next year?
Some have speculated that because Cuomo has $18 Million in his campaign coffers, that he could somehow return to political life. But as we reported on Nov. 16, New York Magazine reporter Hunter Walker quotes a democratic insider as saying “I don’t think he could get elected dog catcher, even with his $18 million.”
The former Governor should continue his exile and retirement, before more victims come forward, and before the State legislature is forced to take additional action against him; like seeking to recoup some of the $5.2 Million in book proceeds that he derived improperly as a result of his public service, or if more women come forward.
And another woman has come forward. A mother of three, Sherry Vill, who accused Cuomo back in 2017, long before all of the accusuations began to pour out. Cuomo was visiting her flooded Rochester home, said “I felt like i was being manhandled.” See the photo of Cuomo kissing Vill below
Andrew Cuomo’s name needs to be removed from any poll about next year’s race for Governor or Attorney General. It’s over. It was over when the 11 allegations came out, and it was over again when NY Attorney General Letitia James came out with her report, and its over again, now, once and for all.
