Thunderbird American Indian Dancers, one of the best-known and the oldest resident Native American dance companies in New York, will perform social dances in the HRM Courtyard on Friday Nov. 26 at 3pm. This event is free with general admission. The troupe was founded in 1963 by a group of ten Native American men and women who were descended from Mohawk, Hopi, Winnebago, and San Blas tribes.They have performed in almost fifty states across the country, fulfilling their mission to preserve and present their diverse culture, and to express their unique relationship to the land and landscapes.Rain Date: Saturday November 27, 3pm.
