Faith Leaders Rally Behind Jenkins, Citing His Dedication to Community and Proven Leadership
A coalition of Black pastors from across Westchester gathered at the Thomas H. Slater Center to endorse Deputy County Executive Ken Jenkins in his bid for County Executive. The pastors, led by Dr. W. Franklyn Richardson, Senior Pastor of Grace Baptist Church, commended Jenkins for his lifelong dedication to public service and community empowerment.
Ken Jenkins said: “It’s an honor to have the endorsement of these faith leaders who embody the very heart of Westchester’s communities. Their work has uplifted so many lives, and I am proud to stand with them as we continue to fight for progress, fairness, and opportunity for all.”
“No one is more qualified to be County Executive than Ken Jenkins. That is un-debatable… he is ready to be County Executive,” said Rev. Dr. W. Franklyn Richardson.
