On Feb. 18 the Yonkers YMCA Peace Mobile traveled to Lake Avenue to lend its support to the people who live in the community after recent violents events and how important it is for us to stand together and be present for our community.
We can all agree-violence is never the answer. The YMCA Peace Mobile provides trauma support and wellness services to the community. The Yonkers YMCA is dedicated to reducing gun violence, fostering community unity, supporting affected families, empowering leaders, and creating a safe space for all.
