This is one of the few acts of violence this summer in Yonkers, but some residents are concerned about the time that the shooting took place, 5pm, and the fact that the park is used by families and young children.

Last month the Yonkers Fire Department and Mayor Spano opened a pop-up Water playground at Doyle Park.
