Coupons may be used at farmers markets in Westchester County including the one located at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Yonkers.

“We encourage our seniors to make use of this money-saving service that will entice our residents to get out and shop, contribute to our local farms, while enjoying the benefits of fresh, homegrown produce and products,” said Mayor Spano.

The Senior Farmers Market Program is funded through the Food and Nutrition Service division of the United States Department of Agriculture and Markets in cooperation with the New York State Office for the Aging, New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets and the Westchester County Department of Senior Programs and Services.
