Our two Yonkers teams played their hearts out and left it all on the field last Thursday night. The following are the results:
The Yonkers Brave lost to RC Ketchem HS by the score of 31-0. After the game the Brave Coach had this to say, “We could not take care of the ball. Dealing with injuries.Ketchem came up with a good game plan and executed it.”
This Friday the Brave play White Plains HS at White Plains. Kick off is at 6 pm.
The Yonkers Force lost to Nyack HS last Thursday night by the score of 30-8. Force Quarterback Justin Vavrica was 9 for 20 passing in the game for 95 yards. One of his passes was a Touchdown scored by Jacob Henry. Kai Everett score om a 2 point conversion for the Force.
The Force are 3 and 3 on the season are back in league action this Saturday when they play host to Ramapo HS. Kick off time is 1:30 pm at Roosevelt High School.
