The Yonkers Citizen Police Academy Alumni Association hosted their second annual Police Appreciation BBQ for the Yonkers Police Department on Saturday, September 14th at the First Precinct. Police Officers were acknowledged for their professionalism and keeping our city safe. Many officers stopped by during their shift to eat, socialize with everyone in attendance and catch up with one another.
The organization also acknowledged the following for their donations and participation: Phil Foley, Rory Dolan’s, Bobby Kitson, OEM/CERT, Stew Leonard’s and The Butcher’s Fancy. A hearty thanks also goes out to our wonderful chefs for working hard on the grill.
