It was tough week for the Yonkers Force as they lost to Mount Vernon HS last Saturday 37-6. Scoring for the Force was Jeyden Benique on a 10 yard rushing touchdown.
This Thursday night the Force will be at Nyack HS. Kickoff is at 6 pm.
The Yonkers Brave played at Ossining HS last week and lost a tough fought game 34-26.
This Thursday the Brave play at Ketcham HS. Kickoff is at 6 pm.
One bright spot for the Brave continues to be the play of Keba Cassie Sr., #13. Brave Coach Doug Hogue said that Cassie, who attends Lincoln High School, “has been getting a lot of attention from colleges to play at the next level.”
