Firepits on the rooftop of The Tower at City Place, White Plains
The board of the former Trump Tower City Center announced today that its new name, The Tower at City Place, has taken effect. Spearheaded by Board Member, Brian Price, and the building’s branding committee consisting of 20 residents, the team took a thoughtful approach to reach the decision and worked closely with its design partner to implement the changes, including new branding and signage at the building’s 10 City Place address.
“This revitalization was an owner-led effort,” said Board President, Anthony Schembri. “It is not just about a new name but an identity that aligns with the atmosphere we have created here. We feel this evolution adds value, reflecting the personality of our community.”
The Tower at City Place, part of the City Center at White Plains development, is a 35-story property comprised of 212 residences with one- to three-bedroom homes and three commercial real estate spaces. The residences offer sophisticated fixtures and features, such as oversized windows with panoramic views, spa-inspired bathrooms and gourmet chef-style kitchens. Owners enjoy amenities such as a one-of-a-kind rooftop recreational deck with an Olympic-size swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, outdoor entertainment spaces with BBQ grills, and a bar. Indoor amenities include a health club and spa, and a resident lounge perfect for large parties. The building is nestled in an ideal downtown location with access to over 1 million square feet of premier shopping, dining, culture, and green spaces.
“AKAM is honored to be the management partner for The Tower at City Place and we are proud of their efforts,” said Michael Rogoff, President of AKAM. “We are excited to help usher in this new chapter, which illustrates the values of this exceptional property.”
