Westchester County Executive Ken Jenkins said: “The Youth Bureau’s annual Sheros Awards celebrate the amazing women whose dedication and leadership transform our communities. By honoring those who champion our youth, we do more than recognize excellence—we inspire future generations, raise awareness for critical family issues, and strengthen the advocacy networks that drive lasting progress.”

Youth Bureau Executive Director Ernest McFadden said: “As we gather in March when we observe Women’s History Month, we take time to honor extraordinary women who have shaped, inspired and empowered countless young people through their work and service. I join our Youth Board to celebrate and recognize three amazing women in our community who collaborate with the Westchester County Youth Bureau and are making a difference and impacting the lives of children, youth, and families here in Westchester County.”

Youth Board Chair Dr. Alexandria Connally said: “The Sheros award is a celebration of more than achievement—we celebrate courage, resilience and the power of women who refuse to be defined by limits. The Sheros we honor are not just leaders of today, but trailblazers shaping the future of Westchester County and beyond.
