Zumba is a fun and effective way to boost your cardiovascular health while burning countless calories, and yoga is a tranquil and soothing means to improve your flexibility, strength and balance.”

Westchester County Parks Commissioner Kathy O’Connor said: “The benefits of being outdoors are endless and participants can enjoy these instructional classes while increasing vitamin D intake, breathing fresh air and developing a deeper connection with nature.”

Kensico Dam Plaza is at the north end of the Bronx River Parkway in Valhalla.
