As the finale to celebration of their 50th season, the Untermyer Performing Arts Council is pleased to presentThe KEYpers September 13th at 5:00 pm on the Untermyer Performing Arts Council’s stage at Untermyer Park, 945 North Broadway, Yonkers.!
A five piece band from Westchester County, the KEYpers are veteran musicians drawn together by their shared love of music, and their desire to share that joy with others. The KEYpers play an eclectic mix of recognizable hits from the sixties into the 2000’s, blending Pop, Classic Rock, R & B, Country, American Standards, and Blues. The band’s goal at every gig is to engage the audience and give them a great time.
The driving musical force of the group is the dynamic interplay between the supporting instrumentals and the vocal stylings of the singers, Shari, Pete and Mike. From high energy to soulful renderings, rich duets and solid background harmonies, the KEYpers are your KEY to an enjoyable time.
Fresh off of gigs at venues including multiple stints at Tara in Yonkers, the Sailhouse in Tarrytown, Yonkers National Night Out, Pascone Park in Ardsley, Moriarty’s in Yonkers, O’Reilly’s Castle and The Pearl River Hotel in Pearl River and Yonkers Brewing Company, Pier 701 and Untermyer Park, the KEYpers are ready to play at your event. Wherever we go, fans and friends follow – and new friends are made.
The KEYpers are also true professionals, arriving early for setup with well-maintained, state-of-the art equipment, dressing & conducting ourselves professionally, starting on time, with minimal break time, and always happy to continue rockin’ if folks are dancin’!
All Untermyer Performing Arts Council’s performances are free and open to the public. We do not provide seating at the park, so please bring your chairs or blankets.
In case of rain, this performance will be held at Saunders High School, 183 Palmer Road, Yonkers. If the weather looks bad, please call the Untermyer Performing Arts Council’s Arts Line (914-375-3435) or check (www.untermyerperformingarts.org) our website after 3 pm the day of the performance to determine where the performance will be held.
