The London newspapers and tabloids cannot print enough stories about Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, and the pickle that he is in concerning his sexual pervertions in the United States with the former Jeffrey Epstein more than a decade ago.
The two future Kings we reference in the headline are, of course, Prince Charles, the Prince of Wales, and second in line to become King of England. Prince Charles’ son, Prince William, is next in line to become King, and published reports across the pond say that both are repulsed by the sexual pervertion coming out in the United States over Charles’ brother and William’s Uncle, Andrew the Prince of York.
The Prince of Wales and the Duke of Cambridge (Prince William) seem to want it both ways. They want Andrew to resovle his legal troubles in America, which are beginning to get more serious by the day. But they also refuse to have to pay for any settlement that Andrew might have to agree to in order for the woman who is suing him for sexually abusing her when she was 17, Virginia Giuffre, and her attorney, America’s great legal mind David Boies.
A few days after Andrew, through his attorney, demanded a jury trial, (which is common legal routine in the US), both Charles and William were reported to be pressuring Andrew to settle the matter for up to 10 Million pounds, and to do it quickly, so that the upcoming 70th anniversary Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II reign can be celebrated on February 6, 2022, without interference.
But a settlement within the next 7 days will be next to impossible for several reasons. If as has been reported in the Daily Mail and other British tabloids, that “experts have suggested his hard line could be a ‘bluff’ and a desperate bid to ‘buy time’ to reach an out-of-court settlement with his accuser,” all of the cards are in the hands of his accuser Virginia Giuffre and her attorney David Boies.
Insiders at Buckingham Palace are said to be afraid of Andrew having to take a seven-hour deposition, with “The Michelangelo of depositions,” David Boies.
On Jan. 12, Queen Elizabeth stripped Prince Andrew of his “military affilations and Royal Patronages”, according to a statement from Buckingham Palace, which also included, “The Duke of York will continue not to undertake any public duties and is defending this case as a private citizen.”
The decison to separate from and punish Prince Andrew ‘ was a ruthless and swift decision which will have been recommended by the Prince of Wales and the Duke of Cambridge and sanctioned by the Queen,’ said a source within the palace to The Daily Mail.
The final piece of trouble for Andrew is that it appears that any settlement with Giuffre and Boies will have to come, yes with a large check, but also with an admission of guilt.
Giuffre has tweeted that she will only accept a settlement with Andrew if it “holds him to account,” and Boies has publicly stated that his client doesn’t want a settlement that allows Andrew to ‘escape’ accountability due to his ‘position’ and ‘wealth’.
Usually, a British prince has the best legal representation that money and power can buy. But in this case, and in a U.S. Federal Court, Virginia Giuffre has the best attorney who can’t wait to depose the Duke of York. And the clock it ticking, seven days until Feb. 6, and Queen Elizabeth’s 70th Jubilee!
