An investigation determined Kramer to be intoxicated by alcohol and was placed under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated. The Trooper was transported to Montefiore Nyack Hospital where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Kramer was transported to SP Tarrytown, where she refused a chemical test and was processed and released to a sober third party. Kramer is due to appear in Greenburgh Town Court on November 18, 2022.
The trooper has since been released from the hospital and is recovering at home.
