This survey will help guide Senator Mayer as she returns to Albany this week for the 2026 Legislative Session. The deadline to complete this survey is January 15.
In order to maintain accuracy, please: only answer if you are a constituent (click here if you are unsure); answer each question with the choices provided; do not choose more than one answer when only one answer is requested; and only complete the survey once (whether you complete it digitally or through the mailed copy). There will be a section at the bottom of the survey for you to provide additional comments.
