A major missing link for many rural, often over-crowded shelters across the country is the ability to transport dogs and cats to more populated areas where larger numbers of potential adopters live. Amelia Air provides that missing link by offering compassionate air transport to deliver animals directly to Rescue and Adoption Centers who can find them loving, responsible homes.
Amelia Air Animal Rescue was co-founded by Petra Janney, niece of Academy Award winner, Allison Janney.
