A 48-year old Queens woman was arrested by Yorktown police on April 1 for tresspassing on the property of Trump Park Residences in Shrub Oak. Josephine Accunta Spano was charged after she arrived uninvited at the property on several occassions and told to leave.
Spano made no attempts to enter the building, which houses condominiums, but was found in the parking lot when Yorktown police arrived at 10:30 AM after the manager of the property contacted Yorktown police and explained that Spano was told several times that she was not allowed on the private property.
After being brought to the YPD Headquarters, Spano was released. Her case is scheduled in Yorktown Justice Court on April 15. She is charged with misdemeanor tr
Trespass is a violation under the New York State Penal Law, punishable by a fine if convicted.
