Pence Endorses Zeldin, While Trump Stays Out

Former Vice-President Mike Pence endorsed Lee Zeldin for NY Governor on June 22. “Proud to endorse @leezeldin for Governor of New York at the @cpnys today! He’s a Lt Col in the Army Reserve, proud supporter of our police officers, advocate for parents’ rights in education & a fiscal Conservative who will fight for lower taxes, less regulation & more freedom!” Tweeted Pence.

Former President Donald Trump has stayed out of the republican race for NY Governor and has not made an endorsement. Pence’s endorsement was not good news for one of his republican opponents, Andrew Giuliani. His father Rudy tweeted below,
